wonderful hotel and very inexpensive. good location in the business district. The staff were friendly and helpful with a few who spoke english, but all very patient and willing to do whatever was needed to help. Housekeeping was in the room to clean 2 to 3 times a day, fresh fruit and other items depending on the holiday/season each day....
