The rooms were newly refurbished in a nice Chinese style, very clean and good value with great city views. There was a bit of a party atmosphere when we were there with a lot of drunk people around shouting Hello. Nice sweets at reception, didn't try the breakfast. The towells are the variety that don't dry. A safe bet.
Hotel is part of a multi-function office tower. Have to take one of the two slow elevators to go upstairs to check in.
My room on the 22nd floor overlooked a small park below. All around were people people people and many stores.
Room itself was pretty standard, perhaps on the bare side. Firm bed. Old tv. No foreign tv...
