Pool area was great, nice and relaxing. Rooms were nice , only negative was the closet area was not well lit , couldn’t see at night because of the positing of the room lights

Travelled to Marcaibo-Venezuela for personal matters with my family and stayed at the Hotel Kristoff. Staff is very friendly.
