Cons: Hotel is a little worn down. NO in-room wifi. Water pressure was very poor. Didnt have the wheelchair accessible room that was "guaranteed" in my reservation. Staff was not friendly, but not rude either. Expensive. Pros: Very centrally located downtown. Bed were very comfortable. Lots of TV channels in English. Not cheap, but what is in Venezuela? The 1 bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable. The executive lounge was fantastic, with excellent staff on hand taking care of my every need. Loved the skywalk, a glass enclosedwalkway at the 17th floor between the north and south towers. Would love to go back for a visit again soon. More
