Nicely located in the city center of Caracas, this is a nice hotel, very comfortable beds, and wide rooms, no smoking floors at all in the hotel. Watch out as you may have to pay high fines. Breakfast is normal, nothing much.

I really liked this place. I had stayed at the JW Mariott previously and it was pretty dated and bad. This hotel is modern, rooms are large and clean, breakfast is really great. Overall just a good, clean, pleasant experience. Check-in was a bit of a nightmare but lets assume I was unlucky.

Good hotel for business purpose. Well located, confortable rooms and great service ! Pretty much everything you can ask while in a business trip. Food served at the room is quite good: Go for the Steak Tartar...amazing ! Also Asian food is a must !
