Pelicano is a quaint posada on Gran Roque, very close to the shore, a dive shop, and several restaurants/bars. The food and service are exquisite. The chef is top-notch and accommodated a gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance for our group, still serving delicious gourmet 4- or 5-course meals.

All the rooms have access to the public area and the kitchen, allows the guests to fix the daily menus directly with the chef.
