the coffee shop downstairs is very awful.if they serve you water and soil instead of coffee you shouldn't be surprised at all.it has a very poor service downstairs.but the coffee shop upstairs is better (I think 23 floor).overall its a good hotel.

Really good hotel for staying at Shiraz ( Maybe the best in City). The price is a little bit expensive but they have a very good service. There are two restaurants in 24-25 floors with a very good view of city. Each room has a very good view of town because it has large windows.
