Stayed at the Glen Usk Hotel during December and although they had a coach party in that week I was made very welcome. Some parts of the hotel are slightly dated but everything is clean and tidy. If you want 4 star accommodation then pay 4 star prices. But for a good homely hotel this is the placeand at attractive rates. We have just had 7 days at this hotel, the only good thing was the food. Threadbare carpets, cracked toilet bowl, stained pillows, this is just a few of the things.No beds made all week.
