Stopped here for 4 nights in cold, wet April and after 9pm it was the only place with any life! The Hotel may be a bit dated but everything in the town is, the room was clean, comfortable and warm, the service excellent, the food very good and entertainment the only thing going on in town.

Quick update, stayed back again in April 2013, lovely big room, still the same friendly service and a really lovely dinner, four courses, starter, sorbet, main and desert. The fish pie was great. Small coach party in on the Wales tour, once again a pleasant stay!
