Received a very warm welcome initially and that set the tone for all our dealings with Evelyn.She was friendly,chatty and warm.She was the friendliest landlady we've ever come across and we've been to oodles of B and Bs. The room was spacious,spotless and the view was breathtaking. Very highly recommended.

This is a clean and nice B&B; the many rooms remind rather of a small hotel than a B&B; the service is very friendly, the vista is great; the breakfast is good but not outstanding as with some smaller B&Bs perhaps. Certainly worth the money.

Nice location on a hill overlooking Ullapool. Friendly welcome. Disappointing room with 'hillside view'. Relatively small room, nothing to make you feel at home. Clean but basic bathroom.
