Great place to stay in ideal location for the 7 Stanes Dalbeattie and Mabie/Ae MTB trails, and great value for money. Found the place by accident after trying other accommodation in Mabie Forest (which was fully booked), and who sent me a link. Our party of 24 spent Hogmany here and had a fantastic time. The hosts were welcoming and most generous (supplying us with cava for the bells!) Welcome; The accommodation is outstanding. Naomi (Manager) met us on arrival, including knowing our names which was a nice personal touch. She showed us the premises and ensured we were well settled before leaving us to unpack. After spending 3 nights at this hostel while on a mountain biking trip I can't praise the place enough.
