We stayed for one night but i wish it had been more. The owners are lovely people who were so welcoming! Our room had the most beautiful views of the Tweed. The breakfast was perfect. Kept us going all day!! I would definately stay here again!

Jeff and Kate do everything possible to make one's stay at Duncan House a pleasant experience. Our room (third floor) was terrific and the views of the Tweed River and Floors Castle were lovely. The breakfasts are mindbendingly generous and delicious, and if you happen to be interested in salmon fishing on the Tweed, Jeff is your guy.
