We stayed in the master room, which is very spacious with good quality furniture & fittings. The bed is extremely comfortable with lovely soft cotton bedding. Views from the room are are spectacular! - you can see for miles. Wonderful cooked breakfast (wish I could start every day with one of those!), & the owners are friendly & welcoming -... More

My wife and I stayed here in August and I can't praise the standard of accommodation highly enough. The room was huge with views stretching to Old Harry Rocks and the home made cookies were a real treat. The only disappointing thing was we were attending a wedding nearby so didn't get to spend more time at Arnewood House.

I'm so glad we stayed here -we usually stay in hotels/inns so felt unsure of staying in someone's house but no worries at all. The room was gorgeous, spacious and with beautiful views. The owners were friendly and not overbearing. Lots of thoughtful touches and the softest bedding I think I have ever experienced. And the breakfast - was excellent.

We have always stayed at hotels but are so glad that we booked a room at Arnewood House. The owners were great hosts and both very welcoming. We had booked the master room and upon entering the view was to die for. You could see for miles, fields, the village church and on and on. Everything was of a very... More

Just a nice place to be. Lovely hosts, clean and today home, quiet and fantastic full English breakfast. A great getaway - and they accept young children which definitely was a bonus. We will definitely go there again when we are having a short break. The views of the rolling hills from the window are just stunning!

We booked all 3 rooms for our Grandson's christening in Whatcombe. What a super B&B. Margaret Thorne the owner is extremely professional, welcoming and clearly knows how to run a super B&B. The rooms were outstanding, we the master bedroom. It was huge, so clean airy and light. The views were outstanding stretching for miles across Dorset to Studland. The... More
