Oozes character would be a shame to over modernise this quirky 1700's property, clean, warm & welcoming and in best possible location for access to Lyme Regis town and coast. Lovely breakfast also, saved us from a badly located characterless chain hotel :-)

A historic and quaint house with a friendly landlady but.... the(good size) room on the top floor only has the use of a bathroom on the floor below - and this is accessed via a precarious uncarpeted wooden staircase.
