My wife and I spent a night at the Roselyn and our experience was...very nice. As mentioned in previous reviews the establishment is located in a residential area so the surroundings are by and large prosaic. We were shown to our room by Gilly and her FAR from prosaic son in a welcome that was warm and personable. Our room... More

My partner and I recently visited Padstow for a couple of days and stayed at the Roselyn B&B. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The room was as described, clean and had all the extras that were needed. There was fresh milk abd bottled water available in the fridge in the room - the fridge is slient which means you... More

This B&B was one of the most welcoming that I have been to in a long time, a family home that is extended to all who stay there, the rooms are spotless/comfy and every amenity catered for, it was nice to have fresh milk in the fridge for our coffee's. the couple who run the B&B were really nice and... Bev & I stayed at Roselyn on 6 July 2010 and were made to feel welcome from the outset, the Petroc room was superb with lovely wooden louvres on the windows rather than drab curtains which enabled me to keep the windows open on a hot night without flapping curtains. The room had a fridge with fresh milk & 2 bottles of... We have just spent three nights at Roselyn, and had a wonderful stay. We were greeted by Gilly and little Isaac as soon as we arrived. We were shown to our room which was spotlessly clean and very attractive with many "little extras" such as cotton buds and cotton balls, as well as usual things like tea, coffee, etc. There... More

We stayed in the large double room - plenty of space with separate seating area. Bed was very comfortable with soft, white bed linen. Lovely, huge fluffy white towels. We liked the hospitality tray with bottled water, biscuits and fresh milk in the fridge and real coffee and a cafetiere. There were many little extras like complimentary toiletries, shower caps,... We stayed here two years ago and thought it a very good B & B then. The house is run by a lovely couple and is clean and well cared for and quiet. Car parking is a bonus. The walk down to the Harbour is interesting as you have lovely views and walk through the Churchyard and then the narrow... More

Stayed at Roselyn guest house, what a fantastic place. Just on the way in to Padstow, turn left at the Welcome to Padstow sign, and it's about half way along the road in a housing site. Plenty of parking in the back of the house, when we were welcomed and shown the room it had a double bed, another cabin... More
