Travelling with my wife and two friends (all over 60) we stayed twice in this hotel, once on the way to Morocco, and once on the way back. We chose it because it was close to the ferry port, and cheap. Not sure what other contributors were expecting for the money, but on both occasions we were placed in rooms...
