No hot water? That makes for a long weekend! Engineering said that the pipes were old. I say - don't rent a room that can't get hot water. The elevator is creepy and let us off on a floor that was under construction. Scared my children but was really just weird. The final straw was when accounting called me the... More

The rooms are very dated. Very little hot water was available. The carpet turned my socks black. The falls and fixtures were very worn some were cosmetically broken. The up side was their catering is very good and the food was well prepared. Too bad the rooms have much to be desired. More

The location is great but the hotel is up for sale -- and things have slipped. The lobby area smelled very musty. The air conditioning in the bar/restaurant didn't work, and according to the wait staff (one person) it hadn't worked for a while -- and this in August! In the morning it took me 10 minutes to find someone... More

This multistory hotel is in walking distance of restaurants, lovely shops, music venues and the main Campus of the University of Arkansas. There is a small pool, and nice bar and restaurant. The key to this gem is its location. Parking is in a covered garage next door. The staff is knowledgeable on the local attractions - which include Saturday... More

This is an old fashion hotel, with the lobby reminding me of something from years past. Staff is fine and helpful. Restaurant on the second floor OK. Several ethnic restaurants with in a one block walk. Fitness center has limited equipment and is very small. More

I was in Fayetteville on business and my wife came with me. We chose this hotel becauase it is walking distance to shops and Dickson Street. That is the main plus of this hotel. I wasn't bad but just average. It is an older hotel and smells a little musky in the halls and elevator. The business center was down... More

I sometimes stay at the Cosmopolitan Fayetteville in order to be within walking distance of Dixon Street and the great restaurants there, I love Theo's. This hotel was never good but has definitely gone downhill in the last few years. On the trip I noticed that the hallway walls and carpets were really beaten up and many light bulbs were... More

The lobby reminded me of somewhat of an office building--cold and flourescent looking, unwelcoming, but clean and shiny. Before visiting the Cosmopolitan I had read some bad reviews concerning the cleanliness of the rooms. However, our room was just fine--there were two beds and cannot say whether or not the one we chose not to sleep in was clean, but... More

Very pleased with our stay at the C. In town for a wedding and was looking for a decent hotel close to Dickson St. It was perfect. If you're looking to be able to walk to your hotel after a night out, this is the place! More

I stayed the night from Friday into Saturday. I had no hot water on Friday or Saturday so needless to say we had to take cold showers. We also recieved several bites after sleeping in the beds. I am assuming bed bugs! There were roaches in the bathroom which was completely nasty and unclean. The carpet when you walk on... More
