if you get there with your own car, there is absolutely NO WAY to find it... Make sure to get proper directions. I must admit though that the view is fabulous. We stayed at the Meteora Hotel in Kalambaka for two nights to visit the monasteries. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was very nice. Although it says on their brochure that there would be a swimming pool there is none. More

I echo angten's comments. This is definitely a strange hotel. As though it was designed by a friend who is an architecture student and then built by an uncle who is a homebuilder. The setting is great with a wonderful view of the limestone pitons but as stated previously, there are no chairs on the balcony which makes no sense.... More

I stayed at this hotel by accident. I first booked at another hotel but my room was given away. The hotel, staff and room were more than I had expected. It was very ok and good value. Though the room and bathroom were quite small but it's spacious and served our basic need. The location is great. Staff were helpful. More
