The hotel was amazing. You have private parking. We were right in the heart of Eureka. We had a smoking queen jacuzzi room. Never smelled smoke in the room. Very amazed with everyone there. Pleased to say all was amazing. Very helpful and can not wait to return.if you want to stay on Spring Street you must stay at New... More

I Love staying at the New Orleans Hotel & Spa when I go to Eureka. It has been several years since I have been but went this past weekend and the New Orleans and their staff did not disappoint! It was great. Love, Love, Love the location. Had a massage from the place in the hotel and spent Saturday evening... More

We stayed at this boutique hotel, built in 1859, for a day-trip over Spring Break. We booked a king suite and were very pleased with the size of the room, the comfort of the bed and the amenities. They had a refridgerator stocked with soft drinks! The hotel staff was very helpful with parking our car and recommendating places to... More

Had a great time at The New Orleans. Very nice staff who gave us great recommendations on where to eat (Local Flavor Cafe and Grande Taverne Restaurant). I chose this hotel because our adult daughter was traveling with us and we wanted to stay in town so we could walk rather than drive and they had a king suite with... More

This grand old hotel was built in the 1800's and is nestled on a hillside of Spring Street in the Historic Downtown District of Eureka Springs. It's very conveniently located near lots of shops, restaurants and taverns. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and plush; they have all been meticulously restored and updated with some modern amenities (my particular fave was... More

Right in the heart of downtown historic Eureka Springs, the New Orleans Hotel offers convenience, comfort, and charisma. We spent two nights in a king deluxe Jacuzzi room, well worth the upgrade, in cold, wintry late February. What a treat! The hotel offers authentic Victorian-era ambience with a parlor, wide-board wooden floors, doors with real keys, stairs instead of an... More

This hotel is wonderful. Our rooms were so pretty,as well as the rest of the hotel. The staff were very nice. We had no complaints at all. Everything was perfect. We had a great massage at the hotel spa, too. We will go back again.

It was nice to stay Valentine's weekend directly downtown in such a historic old hotel with all its creaky floors and character. Our room was quite cozy, clean, and comfy--our first time at the New Orleans--walking distance to several very good restaurants and shops. The view out our window was of the beautiful Ozark Mountains and the Christ of Ozarks... More

My room was in a quiet back corner and perfect as always. The location is walking distance to everything I do when here. The staff is the best, they know the town so well. They never steer me wrong on food or nightlife. Dinner at Local Flavor and Lunch at Pied Piper this trip. I love this place.
