Clean, modern, everything worked well. Refrigerator & microwave & big flat-screen TV are very nice extras. Free hi-speed internet worked well. I like a firm bed, and this was as firm enough while still being comfortable.

Hotel in a very quiet area, rooms feel very homey and are clean, staff is very friendly, and you can see that the management or owners really take pride in their hotel.
Would definitely come back.

We have stayed here many times over the years and have been consistently impressed by all aspects of this hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, the pool is clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfasts tasty and filling (waffles and biscuits and gravy). The location is a little out of the way, but not terribly inconvenient. Great for families.

location- sucks near a ghetto courtyard
pool- was dirty and the whirlpool was green looked like it hadn't been cleaned in three months
carpets- are very unclean
located in a dark part of town
complementary toiletries wered used and retapped

We never heard of Country Inn & Suites until staying at this hotel. We decided to stay because it's in a better area of El Dorado than the other hotels in town. The lobby is adorable done all in all wood with a fireplace and book shelves that have books on them and the books are there for the guests!...
