The room was neat and very nice. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. I liked many mirrors in the room. The breakfast was very good; biscuits, gravy, waffles, bagels, fresh fruits and boiled eggs were there in addition to the usual cereals. The juice was NOT watered; it was great! Free WIFI and long distance calls!

First time ever staying at a Microtel and will again! Staff was helpful even though my room wasn't ready when I checked in and there was a leak at the bathroom sink. Pets are allowed and they were a nusance all night! Overall the breakfast was good and the bed slept like heaven for the rate! Will definitely patronize in...

We like Microtels in general, but this was the best. Very clean and comfortable. A McAlisters across the drive, which made it easy to grab a light dinner. This was the 1st night of an 11 day road trip, I would rank this up with most of the more expensive hotels where we stayed.

This was our 1st stay at this Microtel. The room was clean and the price very reasonable. I like that Microtels always include a microwave, mini fridge, iron & ironing board, and safe in each room, things that some higher priced hotels do not. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. The desk clerk upon check-in was...

I'm not sure how old the place is but it still smells new. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was not very big; however, that was not a problem because it was just the wife and myself. It was clean and the room looked new. The bed was soft and it was the best bed that we slept...

We moved to this hotel after staying 1 night at the Howard Johnson across the suite. They were great about allowing us to check out a couple of rooms before booking since we had such a horrible experience before getting there. The rooms were clean and very nice. We had one very early morning that the people above us were...

Clean. Not spotless but clean enough. By far the smallest room (#214) I've stayed in recently but for the price of $60/night it did the job. So so breakfast. Location is good if you find that you need a room in Conway, AR. A Starbucks around the corner and a McAllisters Deli 30 easy walking yards away that is always...

I'm not sure why the other reviews are good, because our experience sure left a lot to be desired. We made reservations here based on the "good" reviews. But when we checked in, our room (which we requested non-smoking) definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. So we asked for another room. The room she gave us was on the first floor,...

I appreciate you taking the time to review your stay with us. I am truly sorry that your experience at our hotel was less than satisfactory. We strive to ensure a positive experience, and as you noticed by our TripAdvisor ranking usually succeed in doing so. Regretfully, the hotel was housing a high school athletic team during your stay which...

Our decision to stay at Microtel Inn & Suites was purely about price and convenience. We had room #107, a non-smoking room with two queen beds for a rate of $62.99 plus tax.
For quick over-night stops we generally stay at Hampton Inn Hotels which we find comfortable and very consistent so we wanted to look at the room before...
