Rooms are fairly tight, but it worked for 2 people. Young man at the desk was super helpful and friendly. He gave us a nice room location and made it easy to come in from our car. Felt it was clean and breakfast was typical Marriott fare. We would stay here again if passing through the area.

The staff is very polite. The rooms are a little tired as this is an older property in Bentonville. Wi-Fi is spotty, which challenges the business traveler. Bathroom was clean but old. Needs updating. There are better Bentonville hotels for the business traveler.

This is the most basic suite hotel I have ever stayed in. No frills. Good breakfast included and a very friendly staff plus location near Walmart and Sams Club HQ.

Solid choice if you're in town for Walmart. Points are good, service is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is appropriate for a snack or a hearty meal. Location is also good if you want to run along the bike/run path nearby.
