We stayed for a night to visit the Crystal Bridges Museum. The lobby is nice, parking is easy, staff were friendly, and our room was clean and quiet for sleeping. Everything about the room was quite nice except that the mattress was soft and sank a bit toward the center of our king bed (room 130). The problem was breakfast.... More

The service from the front desk to the restaurant was excellent. After a long day, I came back and they gave me complementary bottled water. The rooms were very clean, and fast wifi. The breakfast was very good, hot omelets and self made waffles.

This was our first stay at a Garden Inn, and it was very pleasant. Facilities were sparkling, room was comfortable, breakfast was better than average, and the location was convenient to Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista and the airport. Very nice hotel, conveniently located. The breakfast package is worth the money--breakfast was excellent with fast and friendly service. Room accommodations very sound, with good WiFi and other in-room technology. The only slight negative was "mushy" king size mattress, especially in the middle. This hotel is a very good hotel and very reasonably priced. It is in a great location for trips to North West Arkansas. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
