We were pleasantly surprised as to how this park is efficiently managed. With it's simple check-in, friendly front desk person, and perfect location, the rv park was the perfect place for our "base camp". This park is very clean and extremely well-maintained. It's also located right near downtown Williams and its restaurants. They even let us check-out at 3pm, even though the check-out time is 11am. Very friendly staff, as well. They also have recycling bins. More

Great location as we walked into the Town of Williams as it is well worth the morning strolling around this beautiful little town. Great WiFi and very clean heated facilities. They have a shuttle bus that takes you to one of there other facilities with restaurant. You will hear the train whistles but OK. More

Economy is what comes to mind for the goal of the developer. They achieved it well: tiny trees, about 1 per RV space, no grass just rock, quite disappointing given the beautiful natural terrain. Very clean and tidy, good kids playground, facilities where clean and modern, but at 5am getting 4 blasts of a train horn - makes you think twice before coming back. oh and the lady at reception was very friendly but did not seem to have much knowledge of Hopi Indians (oh well!) More

Very clean, paved, excellent WiFi. Has a shuttle that picks you up and returns you to your camper. Shuttles go to the Pub, Hotel, and the railroad. When you check in you can reserve your tickets for the 65 mile train ride to the Canyon. The train takes 2 1/4 hours and then you have a 3+ hours to tour.... More

Wonderful! The whole family loved it. We would stay there again , When taking the train go FIRST Class,you won't regret it. Regular class is to crowded & the parlor car is for adults 16 years of age and up . We we traveling with youg childern or we would have chosen that opion. More
