Walls are thin as hell. I heard everything from the neighbor room. Had to knock on the neighbor room door to tell the woman to stop yelling (or talking very loud) in her room... In addition to that, we heard all the doors slamming..this hotel is a nightmare! I do not recommend this hotel. So overpriced! Go elsewhere...

queen beds seemed awfully small. room was ok, complentary breakfast was good. Clean and neat. Somewhat overpriced. Tusayan----restaurants around there were so-so. Gas was $4.29 a gallon. Fill up before you get there or after you leave.

This is a renovated hotel. Not as new as the holiday inn express that are available these days but did a good job with renovations. Husband and I stayed in a suite on the third floor. May 20th to May 24th, 2013. It was a very nice room, clean, good breakfast, staff was nice.

If you don't want to pay prices in the park Tusayan is the next stop. Holiday inn is well located. Guest rooms are basic but clean and good. Service is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is great in a town of Overpriced restaurants with poor food. Overall a good choice when going to the Grand Canyon.
