We stayed at this hotel as a stay-cation. We live in Phoenix and were celebrating a special occasion. The location of this hotel is great, close to Mill Avenue. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. But the hotel itself has paper thin walls (our neighbors ran a marathon at 6:30 Sunday morning and we heard evey word); towels are thin,...

I stayed here for 5 nights last week and thought it was a pleasant stay. The hotel was updated, staff was friendly, and the location was excellent. The pool was nice and the place was clean. The housekeeper was wonderful. I would sleep in then leave for an hour or two, to return to a very clean room. I was...

Great service and good location but...terrible food, no wifi in the room, thin walls, towels as thin as paper napkins, and a noisy A/C wall unit from 1970. The new Courtyard design is terrible. The lobby furniture is uncomfortable and uninviting and the food at The Bistro is worse than what I would expect to find on any airline. Why...

Stayed three nights for a meeting at the University which is a few blocks away. Nice lobby arrangement for lounging, newpapers, food counter with great service for coffee, breakfast and other snacks, boarding pass printout system etc. The check-in staff and others were all very helpful and the shuttle bus picked up and delivered to the airport (~10 minute ride)...

This hotel was our second choice because the Mission Palms was booked solid and we wanted to be close to Mill Avenue. The only good thing about this hotel is that it's about two blocks to Mill Avenue. Limited interaction with staff who were friendly and helpful.
This hotel was the most expensive on our trip and it was the...

I read reviews about the train horn..The desk agent said that the day they stopped blowing the train was a great day for the hotel and him. Everything was perfect in the room. Will stay there again and again. Great value for using name your own price with Priceline.

I stayed at his hotel on a Saturday nite. VERY BAD idea. The Hotel is located 2 blocks from Mills Street and ASU. I could hear the bar music and talk all nite until 2am. Then many of the drunk patrons stayed at the hotel being so close to the bars. Several times, I could hear the loud noise and...

My wife and I go to Tempe, Arizonz for the PF Chang's Rock & Roll Marathon every January. We have always stayed at the Mission Palms. This year we tried the Marriott. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place was immaculately clean. Amenities were adequate. The shower, well the shower was weird. There was just a showerhead and curtain. The...

Went down with a few friends for my birthday for a couple days, they we're more than happy to give us adjoining rooms, one of which had a great little balcony. Other than the awesome location (just a parking lot away from Mill Ave.) the rooms were very clean, spacious, beds were super comfortable and we only heard the train...
