Down at the heels is a kind description. It feels like someone just stopped caring. My bath tub had some disturbing, but interesting cracks. Paint and fix-up don't seem to be a priority. And it wasn't the best value. I switched to Ramada Inn down the street for the the next night's stay and saved $18! More

This property was a great value for the money. Location, location, location. Close to ASU to an event I attended, near all restaurants, bars etc.... Room was basic but very clean and a good value for the money. I will stay again. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I come to Phoenix every year and will continue to stay here. More
