Clean, quiet, very quiet neighborhood which is a short drive to the Airport or ASU. I think we paid $55/night. I was very pleasantly surprised. It's a Red Roof Inn, not a Hyatt, but if you're just looking for a quiet place to spend the night, it's a good choice.

I've stayed at this red roof several times already and usually stay there when in Phoenix. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. If you get a room on the far side close to the stairwell you might get some noise from the door.

Very well kept secret, beautiful landscaping, on a side street, very nice and quiet.. Just minutes to airport. Staff very friendly, beds very comfortable. This Red Roof Inn has just been renovated. I am one who appreciates the new, clean carpet in the unit. The unit cleanliness is apparent. Front desk staff were universally friendly & helpful. A small pool is a nice relaxation in the evening. The big flat screen TV provides desirable programming. At their low price the value is outstanding.

I enjoyed my stays on several different nights. The front desk staff was very pleasant . Amanda was especially welcoming and helpful. She went" out her way" to assist and I appreciated that greatly. Possibly the room lighting could be more warm and inviting. I'll be back.
