i would like to compliment thr Ramada on their choice of staffing. a gentleman named Major helped me get into my room and he was extremely friendly and helpful. I will be sure to go back...nice rooms for the price too!!

My husband and I were running in pats run and wanted to stay somewhere close to the start. It was the perfect location. All we had to do was jump on the lightrail right next to the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean. This hotel needs some upgrades. Bathtub drain didnt drain properly, air conditioning loud, bathroom toilet made noises all night. We told the staff and they had us change rooms as soon as another was available.
