Always a great place. This one has a wonderful breakfast selection, nice pool and very friendly staff. Room was exactly as promised. Bathroom is modern and a good size. Great shower. In season in Arizona the rates are elevated, but still the best place to stay.

Before completing your reservation unpon arrival, check the condition of the room. The bed coverings are lumpy and unacceptable for this kind of property. We asked for different coverings and were told that all of the comforters were in the same condition. We checked right back out. $179 for lumpy, matted comforters? We did not settle for it.

The hotel is very clean and staff friendly. Breakfast items were superb. Walking distance to grocery store, Bar (Fuzzy's) and food spots like Quiznos, Denny's, all the other common fast food spot as well as NYPD Pizza and a starbucks too.

Excellent location. Easy access. We stayed as a family of five, so we had a suite. Close to Spring training games. Also attended a Coyotes Hockey Game nearby. Nice pool, fun for the kids. My parents live in a 55 and older community and it was very close to the hotel, making it easier to visit them.

We have stayed here and in Phoenix many times. Best place. We choose these and theirs families of this chain because of assurance of quality and comfort. Great breakfast, clean rooms and the best mattress and comforters. Wi-fi free.
