Everyone staying in Sierra Vista is on government per diem. So I'm guessing there is no incentive for hotel developers to build nice hotels when everyone would be paying the same amount. This hotel provides all the basics, but don't expect frills. Housekeeping only cleans the room once a week. There is a mini kitchen.
