We stayed at the Southwest Inn 4 nights and found it very nice. The rooms are clean, the grounds are kept up nicely and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, a nice selection and freshly prepared. Each room has a view, the only problem we had was the noise from the highway. We did... More

The staff made my short trip very enjoyable. They suggested hiking trails, restaurants, and galleries. The room was roomy with a fireplace. I had a 1st floor room which was fine. View is everywhere. Breakfast and community room were well decorated with regional look. The burritos they make there are healthy and out of this world delicious! I will stay... More

As mentioned in the other reviews, this is a wonderful little place with great service. The only exception for us was the beds-- they were awful. Zero support. Once we realized the beds (two queens) in the room were terrible, we went to look at a second room to see if they were better, but they were the same. Confused... More

I have been traveling, so I have not had a chance to respond to your review until now. Yesterday morning and this morning, we looked at every bed: we flipped the mattresses, we removed the duvet covers, we got down on our hands and knees; but, we could not find a single box spring that was broken??? In fact, we... More

Stayed for a long weekend May 10th 2012. Excellent for this price range and type of property. May be the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It is not a resort or an expensive hotel. It is also not a motel. Kind of an odd category of places to stay. The front desk folks are very helpful. I love the... More

Clean rooms, comfortable beds! Very friendly staff! Best breakfast we've had at a hotel. Great location, close to many trails and restaurants in West Sedona. We would stay again if we come back to Sedona and definitely recommend!! More

What a great choice! The staff is very efficient and friendly. The room was immaculate, spacious and the bed and pillows great. The pool area is secluded and spotless. The breakfast had to be one of the better, not the usual boring buffet. Quiet as it is just on the outskirt of the busy downtown. We'll be back. You can't... More

The reception at this lovely site was perfect. We had a very nice room across from the swimming pool. The breakfast is included in the room rate and very generous. The location of the hotel is ideal, located somewhat outside of town (but within the section of the year-round population), close to excellent hiking trails. Above all, the front desk... More

This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are a good size, very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our three day stay. In an expensive town, it was nice to have free wi-fi and free bottles of water in the room. The breakfast buffet, included in the price, was simple but more... More

This hotel has some obstructed view of the mountains but they are still beautiful. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious -- even has a fireplace! And the included breakfast is extensive. We would stay there again. Great value for the money. More

What a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are so cute and clean. We had a large bath with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The room had a fireplace. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. There were two folded robes on the bed for our use. The room had a small coffee pot so we could start our day... More
