Upon arrival, the room had an odor, toilet would not flush, hairs in bathtub, pubic hairs in bed sheets, and blood stains in bed sheets!!! NO PHONE in the room!!! We were told by a VERY ARGUMENTIVE manager that they would not refund our money. Manager made no effort to correct any of the issues that we brought to her... More

This place is in a great location! It's walking distance to uptown Sedona shopping and restaurants. Our suite was large, but lacking in many ways. The electrical wiring in the kitchen looked dangerous. There were 3 appliances plugged into one outlet. The air conditioning took a very long time to cool the rooms. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The WiFi... More

We stayed at Choice Hotels 6 out of 7 nights on our recent trip to Arizonia. We called the night before to book the room thinking the standards would meet Choice Hotel chains. We were very shocked! The cancellation policy was 24 hrs. We realized when we arrived and saw the facility and the room that is why. The pictures... More

We had room 107, a large suite with a kitchen. It was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. My young daughter loved the outdoor hot tub. The breakfast was a bit boring as stated elsewhere. The staff was friendly. The location right next to uptown (the main shopping area) on a quiet side street was great. The staff was friendly. Rodeway Inns... More

This could have been a very nice 1 year anniversary for my son and his wife. Instead Susan the property manager ruined the 1 day stay in Sedona by greeting my son and his wife as an argumentative rude and inconsiderate witch. It started the day prior when my son called me attempting to book a hotel online. He had... More

My husband and I spent a night here on a road trip through Arizona. The room was okay. Quite big, had a fridge and was clean. The bed was not particularly comfortable, but it was fine for 1 night. As for location, it was fantastic. Just up the block from the main strip of stores and restaurants in Sedona. Very... More

Here for a two night stay in November just to see the sights. Room is a large efficiency with separate bedroom, plenty of storage. The room is dated but clean. Big gap under the door and cheap windows make for a lot of outside noise infiltration. Our air and heat works pretty well and is quiet but the neighbors is... More

This Motel is very convenient to down town shopping. My wife and I walked everywhere from this location.Very clean and rooms were huge.Friendly staff. Breakfast was alittle weak. Donuts were stale and not much variety (looked like a after thought). Curtains we discovered did not fit windows very good.Bed was terrible looked like ocean waves coming in to shore.Price was right... More

The place must be owned by a offsite owner or manager. Don't think that any employee will tell you why there where bedbugs and ants in the office on the free breakfast. I would never stay here again and I would not advise anyone to either. More
