I had stayed at the Smoketree years ago when in town for a wedding. I discovered it was also pet friendly (NO pet fee!) so booked a suite for a trip to visit relatives who live in Scottsdale. We came in town for a wedding and stayed 1 nt. very quiet location in the mikddle of town, nice bed, soft pillows. walked to coffee and bagels and hung out by pool. night manager was very helpful with our late check in.
