We were pleasantly surprised by the nice pool area & courtyard...my husband said "this is the nicest Best Western I've ever seen"...rooms were comfortable & the staff was very accomodating...location is great (less than 5 min drive from beautiful hiking @Papago Park, Desert Botanical Gardens & Phx zoo)...we will definitely stay here again.

Convenient location and good access to local restaurants and attractions. Nice and clean. Did not have much time to enjoy the hotel as we came for a hospital visit. Beds are great and we had a good night's sleep.

Front desk was friendly and did an excellent job. the room was up to date and comfortable. Location was good to Scottsdale and Sky Harbor airport. Liked the quiet courtyard and convenient location.!!!
