Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was clean, well maintined and comfy. The space heater in the bedroom was an added plus! The WiFi was fabulous! We decided not to rate The Cottage B&B as excellent because we did not know which Dish Service they had, there was no TV guide, a Kurig coffee maker would have been nice and, although the owner had asked us if we wouldn't mind going to the Bakery next door to get our breakfast, there was a lack of communication and the girl only deducted $10.00 from our room charge instead of the amount that had been agreed upon the night before. After reading the reviews of the yummy breakfast delivery to the room and seeing the photos, I feel like we missed out. Having said this, we hope that someday, we can stay again and enjoy breakfast in the cottage.

It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed at an actual Bed & Breakfast. This is a one-suite property right next to an adorable bakery. Upon arrival, I just walked right in to my suite and started to get settled in. A little girl came to the door and asked when I’d like breakfast and made sure I was acclimated. So cute!! Breakfast was great, WiFi was great, Bed was fantastic. I’m so happy to have found this little gem in Safford!

Cute little cottage. The bed was comfortable and the setting is very nice - wonderful little patio area. Breakfast being brought in to the cottage was a luxury. Would rate it "good" if that was a choice. Would suggest putting at least a 4cup coffee pot in and also a listing of TV channels & which Dish plan they use.

We stayed here for a couple of nights on a motorcycle trip through the area last month. We would recommend this as a place for anyone looking for a very nice place to stay for a night or a week. There is plenty to do nearby, and the town is a treasure trove for the photo enthusiast. We asked Ruth to recommend a place for a pleasure ride, and she recommended the Swift Trail a little south on 191. We tried it (photo attached) and absolutely loved the ride. Lots of curves while ascending a lovely mountain road with breathtaking views. Friendly people, and an awesome little bakery on-site - on our list for every trip through the area.

Overnight stay to begin our marriage. Single cottage situated between a wonderful bakery and private residence. Check-in was quick taking place in the bakery. The owner's daughter was very personable. The cottage itself was just that, a beautiful, small cottage. Had all amenities, to include microwave and mini refrigerator. Very quiet location. Romantic. The stay was wonderful. It is sad the owner is selling; was glad to be able to enjoy this location.

Such a wonderful place to getaway from everything. Stayed here several times and every time I feel such peace. This place is owned and operated by the sweetest family. And the breakfast is always perfect and wonderful. They also own a bakery 10 steps away from the cottage that makes you think you are in France! YUMMY! Owned by the sweetest and most welcoming family! I loved it and hope to return soon!
