I used my points to stay at the Fairfield and other than the lack of a fitness center and limited parking it was pretty good. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was more than sufficient to save some money on a restaurant.

When calling to make a reservation the front desk Agent (Diane) at this location was very, VERY rude. She is a very unpleasant woman to speak to. You would think as a front desk agent she could be professional, this woman lacks professionalism!
