The property is located in a very accessible area of Phoenix that provides the traveler the ability to explore Phoenix without breaking their budget. I was surprised at how spacious the room was and the quality of the complimentary breakfast. I received great assistance during my check and the manager personally resolved a problem with my reservation.

Great value, very clean, great A/C, nice flat screen TV, great free breakfast!! Frfiendly and professional staff. Easy access to the freeway. Not far from shopping.

Hotel was nice overall.....The room I stayed in had stains on walls and old hair stuck to bathroom ceiling. The room had smoke detector removed from wall which made me feel a little uneasy even though I am not a smoker just based on safety. Hotel is located right off of I-17 and convienent for travel in the North Phoenix.

I am staying 13 days here, this is my 10th. It is located at 1-17, close to the 101, so easy to get places. The pool is great, there is also a hot tub and a 1 1/2 foot deep cold pool Breakfast runs from 7-9am, it is continental, but more than just bread and a toaster. I arrived too... More

We originally made reservations for a Days Inn on another part of town that was COMPLETELY unstayable!
