Though it was a major zoo - the Hyatt folks came through handling the massive crowds with dignity and charming control!!! The rooms are very clean - the beds are most comfortable. Best location for events at Convention Center. Just a quick walk across the street. Clean, comfortable hotel with decent food. I booked directly with the hotel and they were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
