Friendly staff, nice furnishings, great location close to airport but no plane noise. Good food in the bar, restaurant and room service. Nice meeting and conference rooms. The Manager is extremely helpful.

The room had multiple problems, which manifested as the evening progressed. The 2 biggest and most immediate, clogged toilet and non working phone, were handled promptly and efficiently. The workers are trained to take care of their customers. The desk and shuttle people went out of their way to make things work for us. The room and shower were not the cleanest. Front desk unable to competently handle request to put two guests in side by side rooms. Very beautiful facility - when the A/C works. Business center internet down for 2 days. Front desk won't help to print boarding passes. Shuttle drivers are the nicest I've ever met!

This hotel was awesome. Great service and amenities, very clean, free 24 hr shuttle access to the airport, and has a Hertz rental return drop-off. Reasonably priced; would definitely recommend to anyone travelling near Phoenix and needs access to the airport.

We had an overnight stay here due to an early flight home from vacation. What a perfect way to end our trip. The facilities are fantastic and the staff was even better.
