The hotel is only a block from the light rail, which takes you to the airport for $1.75. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, an outdoor restaurant area for times it's not too hot, and a restaurant with fine food, and a friendly bar. The availability of free wi-fi in the reception area, lounge and restaurant is a plus.

I recently stayed here for a girls weekend away. I must first comment on the service....this hotel goes above and beyond to be sure you have everything you need! From the minute we walked in they fell over themselves to be courteous and help in any way they could. The room was GORGEOUS with floor to ceiling windows and beautiful... More

Aside from the size of the rooms, the quality bed etc, what makes this hotel are the staff. If you work here you should give yourself a pat on the back, every interaction was 100% positive, there is a genuine warmth to this hotel, it's service oriented and human. Stay here, you will not be disappointed

Very modern property. Clean and almost Scandinavian feel to it. Lobby is a little maze-like but the room was large and airy- for a business hotel this was unusual. There is a restaurant downstairs is strikingly pleasant. Sit outside for breakfast if you can.

My wife and I recently had the privilege of staying at the Westin Phoenix Downtown for a portion of our vacation celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary (we're foodies and we had to try Pizzeria Bianco!). We booked a regular room using Starwood points and I surreptitiously emailed the hotel in advance to inform them that we were going to be... More

After getting married in las Vegas we chose to end our honeymoon in Nevada/Arizona at the Westin in downtown Phoenix (handy for the flight back to the UK) - what a great move this turned out to be! The hotel is simply excellent, the room was wonderful ( we were upgraded to a corner suite - thank you),the location for... More

Stayed the weekend here and have to say it's an excellent property. Super clean in and out. Staff was friendly and all know their job(s) and how to do them. My only gripe is the steep valet prices. Understandably they're in a dense urban area (for phx at least) but I think if they went the extra mile and provided... More

Just checked out after a 3 night stay at PHX Westin downtown. Very nice hotel and convenient to area activities. This hotel primarily caters to the business crowd, which is appealing for couples without children and for small business gatherings. Overall, the rooms are nice, very spacious and well laid out. Most of the employees are well trained and helpful,... More

Dear Peeasulee, Thank you for sharing your experience with us during your recent stay. Clearly, we dropped the ball and I am deeply sorry that we did not deliver upon our own expectations of world-class service during your time with us. I have sent you an email privately and I look forward to hearing from you. While we certainly will... More

Best value for money in Phoenix area. We were so impressed with this hotel, we would absolutely love to go back. Rooms are huge, elegant and impeccably clean. Staff are kind, helpful and most courteous. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Don't even consider another property; just stay here and see for yourself!

Great location with easy access to all things downtown and the rooms are huge! The courtyard is also a pleasant little surprise and great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail with friends, it's really a bit of an oasis in the city. Getting to the front desk from valet and then to elevators from front desk is... More
