Clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds, good size rooms. Stayed for business trip. Unless you are staying for just one night the location is horrible. Right next to airport, but not really within walking distance to anything. Not even a convenient store or gas station nearby. Unless you have a rental car choose a different location.

The location was convenient to the airport, downtown Tempe, and spring training facilities. Fun and challenging hiking trails all within 30 minutes. I would certainly visit this hotel again the next time I am in Phoenix.

I can't say enough about this hotel. It's convenient to the airport and everyone was gracious and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet, the food service was good and reasonably priced and the van drivers were helpful and courteous. I would recommend this facility very highly.
