Hotel looked nice upon arrival, breakfast was limited, cold and disgusting for a Sunday Morning. Pool and hot tub was nice. Room was a suite and the whirlpool tub wasn't cleaned properly. shuttle service to/from the Phoenix airport is excellent - rooms are a bit noisy because of the pool area and traffic on 44th Street. My biggest issue there was that my room and key were given to another guest and late at night that guest barged into my hotel room - was not a pleasant experience for either of us.... More

We usually choose an Hampton Inn when we need somewhere to sleep near an airport, or for other short stays when a good night's sleep is the most important thing. The Hampton Inn was a great hotel to stay overnight at the SkyHarbor Airport. The room, staff and cleanliness was exceptional. The shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and friendly. My room was quiet and I got a good night's sleep.

Courteous staff and expeditious processing both check in and out. Excellent room condition. Hotel provided to-go bag for breakfast since early flight out of Phoenix necessitated checking out early and before complimentary breakfast started.

No problems encountered, and it's an above average value given the location. Two hundred characters and nothing else to say! It's tougher to write a good review than it is to write the other kind. Didn't try the breakfast - had to check out at 3 AM.

What a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn North. We appreciate the excellent staff. Everything was 1st class from the breakfast and evening cookies to the available transportation. We wil always choose to stay at a Hampton Inn when traveling. Thanks

We stayed at this hotel because we had a 5AM departure flight and they offer 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport. We returned our rental car the night before and got a ride back to the hotel via the shuttle. The morning shuttle was on time and convenient. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
