We have been utilizing the Residence Inn Phoenix, Desert View while our office is being prepared. The facilities and staff have been excellant and supportive of our every need. This could be a nice residence inn, but they seemed woefully unprepared for spring break during spring training. The hotel was at capacity and it really impacted the stay.
