Very nice facility - I especially enjoyed the friendly housekeeper, Tara McCullough - she did a great job with our room every day with a smile and cheerful laughter - what a nice person with such good energy! The wait staff was really good, too - a thoroughly enjoyable experience because of the really nice people there!!

For business travel in Phoenix, this hotel is a nice place to stay. It is conveniently located on the edge of downtown, easy access to the main streets of downtown and I-10. I stay at this hotel often when traveling to Phoenix and it is very consistent. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are good, and hotel staff are nice.

Good location in downtown Phoenix. Had lunch in the restaurant downstairs, great food and excellent prices. Room was nice, modern. The bed was very comfortable. Attended a conference, everything was easy to get to, meeting rooms were comfortable.
