The resort was beautiful. What set it apart, was the service. From the front desk, to the servers, to the maintenance staff, service was exceptional. Very enjoyable stay! More

Spent 8 nights in mid-May at the classic Camelback Resort & Spa. Ours was one of the older rooms, with a small front window. They have newer, brighter rooms. The grounds are beautiful, service & staff top-notch, and food at Rita's & BLT Steak excellent. Check online for discounts / packages, we got a great value doing this. Had we... More

Even in July, Camelback is a great place to just relax. We didn't even leave the property all the time we were there for 4 days! It was just I needed to relieve the stress of the job and enjoy the company of friends. The food at Rita's is the best for lunch and breakfast and the patio dining is... More

It's a classic, it has it quirks ( driving a distance to get to your room) but the staff is great, grounds are immaculate and you can't beat the location. F&B are priced like a 5 star resort, but quality and service match the price. If it fits your budget this is a great resort. More

So this place isn't cheap....I get it. It's a splurge and we went because my husband's conference was at the hotel, but here's the thing....I think it's worth it and I would go back when my kids are bigger....that says a lot for someone who is usually after value and like I said, this place ain't cheap. so why is... Stayed here with my husband and baby. What an absolutely gorgeous property! You can smell the flowers as you walk through the resort. Rooms are spacious and we loved the kitchenette. I can see what other reviewers meant by the dated bathrooms, but it didn't bother me. Restaurants were fantastic. Pool was great. I got a Sonoran Rose facial at... More

This is the one destination we return to every year. You arrive to the scent of burning sage in the outdoor firepit. Your room will be tucked into a pueblo type dwelling that is lovely. The spa is divine...you must try the signature massage and facial. You can stay at the secluded all day when you have a treatment and... More

This is an old (by Phoenix standards - 1940's) resort that was built in the valley between Mummy and Camelback mountain when there was nothing around. Today, it is in the center of town but you'd never know it. It's sprawling, huge property that still has a very quaint, old Arizona feel to it. It's very upscale and tranquil, with... More
