We arrived in Baños after a long day of driving and hiking - when we got to the hotel they said you have no booking, we have a big group arriving tomorrow morning and the hotel will be full. We had email confirmation yet they turned us away. Would have appreciated notice as we then had to find an available... More

Alisamay is just amazing! really nice place really nice people, very courteous very attentive, if you are traveling with family this is the place to stay. close to everything and very clean place. Martha really did go the extra mile to accommodate my family. More
