“Crappy food at this hotel!”

I didn't stay here but ate lunch here while exploring the hills of Ushuaia. The service was extremely poor. The waitress didn't know what she was doing. I have to assume she was a trainee. I ordered a hamburger and I must say it was one of the worst hamburgers I have ever eaten!!! I couldn't even eat the meat... More

“Worth it for the view”

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in January 2012. Unfortunately our booking.com reservation didn't show up on the hotel's system but the manager who speaks excellent English sorted the problem straight away and gave us a room with a wonderful view as it was our honeymoon. It is a lovely place. Great view, Super clean rooms, romantic fireplace in the lobby and helpfull staff. We loved the hotel and USHUAIA.
