We thoroughly enjoyed our recent 4 night stay in the Altuen hotel. Paula and Luis went out of their way to make us feel at home. They were extremely helpful with organising excursions, rent-a-car and restaurant tips. We had a beautiful room with a stunning view from the balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel

The views from the lakeside rooms are breathtaking. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The floor tiles, towels, and sheets are all brilliant white. The indoor hot tub is large.
