There is no treadmill in this facility and one needs to check if the swimming pool is operational since you are in Phoenix area at 106 degrees at the time of check in. I was there all week and did not see anyone use the workout facility. Also did not see anyone trying to correct the swimming pool refurbishment.

I've stayed here twice for business travel. The first time was "off" season and the rate wa 69/night. It's an older building situated very close to freeway. This Hampton is perfectly located off the 60 freeway in Mesa, AZ.. Its just across the freeway from Gilbert and not far from Chandler.. Really good location! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet.. I will be sure to use this hotel again the next time I'm in town.

The hotel alarm woke me up about 2am. I called to report the noise and the person who answered the phone was very rude. The bathtub at the room also did not drain properly. When I get out the shower, there was still water on it.

Nothing great, nothing horrid. Just an average hotel. I don't stay at Hampton Inns often, but it's older and a little more run down than say, a Holiday Inn Express or such. Stayed here for 4 nights for spring training vacation. Convenient that it's just off the I-60 exit (east of downtown and airport) and if staying just to sleep and eat breakfast. Would not recommend this area if looking for restaurants/shopping/sight-seeing. Hotel looks and feels old. Toilet in our room did not work and the breakfast area is way to small for the number of guests. Find another Hampton if you like. This one is not up to the normal standards.
