My first stay in this hotel was Sept 2010 and again in Feb 2012. I noticed much improvement since then. Renewed bathroom and much better breakfast service, new linens. It is very conveniently located in downtown Rosario in a quiet street very close to shopping areas and with the river very closeby (short drive). Also they have free parking included....
